All mentorship programs are delivered as personalised live sessions and are purchased as a fixed-term program.
By enrolling, students reserve a dedicated weekly mentorship space for the duration of their program.
Students may reschedule a session provided a minimum of 24 hours' notice is given.
Each student may reschedule up to two (2) sessions during a 10-session mentorship program.
Rescheduled sessions are subject to mentor availability and may be conducted at an alternative time agreed upon by both parties.
Sessions missed with less than 24 hours' notice are considered completed and cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or credited.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being forfeited.
Due to the personalised nature of mentorship and the reservation of a limited student place, all mentorship program payments are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
Refund requests made before the first session may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Muso Play On Pty Ltd.
Mentorship programs are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another student without written approval.
