Digital course refunds

We offer a 30-day refund from purchase date only if you have not consumed more than 50% of the course content.

“Consumed” includes lessons/videos watched and/or modules completed as recorded by the course platform analytics (or equivalent tracking).

How to request a refund

• name + purchase email
• purchase date
• reason (optional)

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider/bank.

Non-refundable cases (unless required by law)

• Requests after 30 days
• Accounts that consumed more than 50%
• Certain downloads/templates if specified as non-refundable at purchase

Live programs may have separate refund/rescheduling terms stated at checkout or in writing.
